DRAM 迎超级增长周期，传南亚科计划涨价最高 20%

2026年9月，三星旗下多家公司宣布合计向人工智能基础设施企业Helix投资10亿美元。参与方覆盖电子、工程建设、信息服务、电池和保险等业务，反映大型人工智能项目所需资源已不只是计算芯片，还包括数据中心建设、电力供应、散热和长期资金安排。

Helix由投资机构KKR设立，计划提供从超大规模数据中心到发电、输配电和光纤网络的一体化服务，其管理团队由亚马逊云服务前负责人亚当·塞利普斯基领导。三星之外，英伟达、科威特投资局和美国电力企业Vistra等也是创始投资方。项目希望通过直接投资与能源合作，同时落实算力设施和供电条件，缓解数据中心扩张中的电力瓶颈。三星各业务部门则可在半导体、冷却设备和工程方面参与后续合作。此次公布的是投资及发展安排，具体设施的建设进度、运营能力和服务规模，将取决于后续项目实施，不能将资金承诺等同于已经投入运行的计算能力。
