瑞银上调ServiceNow股价目标至$150，需求保持稳定

2026年7月，三星电子与博通签署合作谅解备忘录，计划扩大在存储、晶圆代工和先进封装领域的协作。双方希望围绕下一代人工智能基础设施，把高带宽内存、先进逻辑工艺和封装互连更紧密地组合起来，减少处理器与存储之间的数据传输瓶颈。
