2026年8月，三星在未来存储峰会上展示下一代三维存储路线，包括把高带宽存储直接堆叠在人工智能加速器上方的zHBM概念。传统方案通常把存储器放在处理器旁边，新布局试图缩短数据传输距离，在提高带宽的同时减少传输能耗，并为定制化接口设计留出空间。

展出的另一方向是面向低延迟数据处理的zNAND-O，以及采用晶圆键合技术、超过400层的V10 BV-NAND。三星公布的V10方案相较上一代提高了存储密度，同时推进读写和输入输出能力。随着人工智能训练与推理处理的数据不断增加，存储设计正从单纯增加容量，转向兼顾距离、封装、散热和系统效率。此次展示既包含技术路线，也包含处于概念阶段的结构，因此不同产品的成熟度并不相同。特别是zHBM的性能目标属于面向未来架构的预期，是否能在实际系统中达到目标，还取决于芯片集成、热管理与制造工艺的协同进展。
