龙资源午后涨超8% 芬兰Jokisivu金矿钻探发现高品位样段

2026年9月，麻省理工学院化学工程团队开发自动化脂质纳米颗粒制备平台，希望更精确地控制核酸药物载体的尺寸和形状。传统制备中，脂质与RNA溶液快速混合后形成颗粒，但要得到特定尺寸，往往需要大量试错。新方法把混合分成两步，先让颗粒生长，再加入缓冲液控制这一过程。

通过调整两步之间的停留时间，研究人员可以改变颗粒大小；改变缓冲条件则有助于调节形状。自动化系统还连接动态光散射设备，边生产边测量粒径，如果结果偏离目标，就调整参数。研究团队用这些实验数据训练机器学习模型，预测哪些条件能够得到需要的颗粒。形状测量目前仍需在自动平台之外完成。不同尺寸的载体进入体内后可能到达不同组织，因此这种制备能力有助于比较递送效果。平台改善的是研发与制造控制，并不直接证明某种新药疗效，团队正在推进相关技术的商业转化。
