天域半导体于10月6日斥资199.73万港元回购3.83万股

2026年10月，中国科学院金属研究所公布无钴高镍电池正极材料研究进展。团队不再单靠反复试配来挑选微量添加元素，而是把离子电荷密度、金属与氧的结合强度作为设计依据，让锂离子更容易移动，同时减少充放电对晶体骨架的损伤。按照这一思路，研究人员将镁、钙、钛、锆引入正极材料，兼顾快速充放电与结构耐久性。

实验中，该材料在25C倍率下的比容量达到每克130.9毫安时，在10C倍率下循环350次后仍保留82.4%的容量。低温测试也显示出潜力，相关软包电池在零下20摄氏度时实现每千克278.6瓦时的能量密度。研究说明，材料成分的精细设计能够同时改善传输速度和低温表现，为开发高功率、长寿命电池提供新的筛选方法。上述结果来自特定实验体系，后续仍需结合电芯结构、生产工艺和实际使用条件进行验证。
